 Applications are required for both elected and appointed positions. There are also other positions and committees available that you may voluntarily sign up for. If you are nominated by a third-party at this thursday's meeting and you accept your nomination your application is due via email prior to NEXT thursday's election meeting. Important DatesMarch 29           Call for Nominations, Applications Available  April 5               Nominations Due April 12             Elections 

Election ProcessCandidates for any position may run by self-nomination or by third-person nomination. Nominations must be in no later than April 5. Once nominated candidates should begin advocating for their position and establish a platform. The following Thursday, April 12, speeches and elections will take place. Candidates will have the opportunity to present a 2-minute speech of their platform. If any candidate exceeds the 2-minutes they will automatically forfeit, just kidding! After all candidates have presented their platforms a secret ballot will be administered to the present general body.  Administrative positions will be announced at the following general body meeting and posted on the website. Good Luck!! Even if you do not wish to apply for an elected or appointed position there are still many opportunities for leadership. All committees need active students to join and lead. We support anyone attempting to run. If you need help advocating for your position through the list serve, website or other means please let any of the administration know.
